Intracoastal Area

The Intracoastal Waterway runs along the eastern coast of the U.S. with the Intracoastal part of Jacksonville being defined as the area west of the Intracoastal Waterway, south of Ft. Caroline, north of JTB Boulevard and east of the St. Johns Bluff.

This area provides a multitude of condos, subdivisions and gated communities that are close to the beach, shopping, the University of North Florida and Florida Community College of Jacksonville.
